Finaly managed to get back on the water after having a cold then a chest infection for the past couple of weeks.
Today was going to be a bit hairy for getting back into the groove.
A couple of people were already out on 5.5s and said they was having trouble in the lulls so I rigged a 5.8 (I was built a bit bigger than them too)
Once I was on the water things picked up a little but was ok most of the time have to admit I wasn't going for much just bank to bank as some of the gusts were very hairy indeed.
I got so jumps in today nothing big and not always when I wanted to, Brog may be a lake but theres some pretty big ramps on it when its windy.
As normal I was finding it easier going one way rather than the other going out I was having some problems but coming back I was getting some screaming runs in even managing to come down wind.
The wind picked up more and more and it was just too much for the 5.8 and was to lazy to rig my 5.3, which would of probaly still been to big for the conditions so called it aday before breaking either me or kit.
